David Archuleta or BUST!!!!

We decided to go to the Energy Solutions Arena for the

David Archuleta party for American Idol. We had our signs

and we were pumped!!!! We just knew he would win!!!!!

Well, as you all know, he didn't. What a disappointment!!!

This is the first year I really cared and actually voted. I have decided not to

let myself get so attached to another contestant again.

We really had a fun time. Hannah and I were even going to be

on TV with our posters if he had won!!!!

Oh well, now we can have our Tuesday & Wednesday night back, RIGHT!!!

BEST NEWS OF THE DAY!!

Today was a great day for us, Hannah gets to stop taking her medicine!!!!
This is Hannah and Debbie Sandt. Debbie has become quite a priceless friend to our family & especially to Hannah. For the last 2 1/2 years she has been there to ask countless numbers of questions to, dealt with my freaking out over every little thing, and just a shoulder to cry on. I don't know what we would have done without her!!! Thanks Debbie for all you have done for us!! We hope to NOT see you for atleast 6 months!!!!!!
We have to keep an eye on Hannah over the next few weeks, but if all goes well she will be medicine free!!!! We will be having a party very soon!!! We will keep you posted!!!

do without the diapers and not being able to

communicate very well. But I love the pure

MY MOTHERS DAY

My mothers day was fantastic!!! My family is wonderful!!! We are SO blessed. I am so thankful for my children and husband they make me who I am!!! I love them so much!!!!

Life is hard when you have to go to your brothers ball games, but when you've got friends like this WHO CARES!!!! Annie, Hannah, Emma, & Makena had so much fun playing together that when it was time to go home they wanted to stay!!! We live behind Annie and two doors away from Emma. They have such a great time together!!!!!

What a game!!! Ethan had 2 hits and made two outs!!!! We lost this game 9 to 11 DANGIT!!!!

AM I A HYPOCONDRIAC???
Yesterday was one of those days you would like to forget, atleast I would!!!Dan went to Chicago Sunday morning for work training and won't be back until Thursday. Which leaves me home with all the psycho children, example: we are on the last disk of Alias and watched most of it Sunday. Hannah and Makena were so pumped up with all the exciting spy stuff that they didn't go to sleep until after midnight!!! Anyway...on with the story!!! Sunday I laid in bed most of the day with a fever and the same back pain I had been having a few weeks ago when all that fun stuff started. I was afraid it was all happening again. We went to dinner at Hancock's and I just kept feeling worse. I decided if I wasn't any better I would call my OB/GYN in the morning. I woke up feeling a tad better so I started the laundry. Got my sheets washed which consisted of 3 days of throw up and 1 day of pee... (unlike my Martha Stewart sister Liz I only own one pair of sheets for my bed) (WAHH!!) So after that great accomplishment my back was hurting again. I decided to call my doctor. I left a message and they called back quite fast. What a shocker!!!! They wanted me to get an ultrasound done. (AGAIN) THe nurse said she would call me back with a time. The last time this happened Grandma & grandpa Thomson came and stayed the night to help and lucklily I had the feeling to get Hannah & Ethans rooms clean (thats where they slept). I had the same feeling so I started cleaning my house in a mad dash getting the main rooms pretty clean. The nurse called back at 11:56 and said my ultrasound was scheduled at 1:00 and I needed to be to Salt Lake Regional by 12:30!!! YIKES, I told her I would do my best to get there..... I called mom, we decided to drop the kids off there (thankfully Aunt Erin could watch them). I threw on some make up, put my hair in a pony and raced to moms. We got there at 12:30 threw the kids out and mom & I raced to the hospital (with mom in the car that is very hard to do. She has her imaginary brake pushed the whole time your driving) We got there at 1:20, go t signed in and sent to Ultrasound. (This is where it gets good) The lady told me to undo my pants and pull them down a bit. I was told they were going to do apelvic ultrasound so I just dropped everything!!! When I noticed she was going to do a regular one FIRST I felt SO stupid. She was probably thinking "Man this girl is really anxious" What an IDIOT.. I laid there with my pants down for a normal ultrasound. Moments later she said NOW we'll do the other one. I'll step out of the room so you can get undressed. She must of thought I was the biggest pervert.. I don't normally drop my pants for just anyone you know!!! To make an already LONG story short, I have to wait for the doctor to call and after my embarrassing stunt with the ultrasound tech he may cut me off as a patient!!! (jk) Thanks to my mom for coming with me and having to be exposed to my privates, thats usually Lauras job!!!!

WHATS Even more embarrassing...I put this story on my craft blog on accident. WHAT A SPAZZ!!!!

PAGING DR. HANNAH BANNANA

AS MOST OF YOU KNOW, HANNAH HAS BEEN IN AND OUT OF HOSPITALS AND DOCTORS OFFICES WITH HER KIDNEY DISEASE SINCE SHE WAS 20 MONTHS OLD. WELL THIS HAS CREATED QUITE A SPECIAL SPOT IN HER HEART, SHE WANTS TO BE SOME KIND OF DOCTOR!! IF YOUR KIDS OR EVEN ADULTS HAVE EVER PLAYED DOCTOR WITH HER YOU KNOW HOW EXPERIENCED SHE IS. SHE CAN TAKE BLOOD AS GOOD AS ANY BLOOD TAKER AND HER NEWEST FIND IS STREP THROAT CULTURES!!! WE WERE AT ROBERTS YESTERDAY AND SHE ABSOLUTELY HAD TO HAVE POPSICLE STICKS SO SHE COULD TEST YOUR THROAT!! WHEN WE GOT HOME SHE GATHERED HER SUPPLIES AND GAVE ANYONE WHO WOULD LET HER (ME) A CULTURE. THE AMAZING THIS IS SHE IS SO SWEET AND GENUINE THAT I AM SURE SOMEDAY SHE WILL BE ONE OF THE BEST KIDS DOCTORS AROUND!!!

ETHANS FIRST BASEBALL GAME

APRIL 30TH, 2008. Ethan's first game as a Lugnut!! The day started out OK weatherwise, but as we were unloading the van the wind picked up and it was FREEZING. We ended up watching the game from the car!!! (That is why there are no game pictures, DANGIT!!) Needless to say Ethan hit ALL 3 times he was up. We were so excited & so was he. Last year he was in a little of a slump and only hit the ball twice. On the last game he got up and hit the ball (I am going to say over 2nd base, thats at least how I saw it HA HA!!) After he slip into home (he loves getting his pants dirty) he came over and talked to me... "Mom I was so excited that by the time I got to third base my eyes were crying!!!" (That was the best $20 bribe I have ever paid!!!) Hopefully the weather will be better next game & we can get some actual game footage!!!!

TAYLOR & CAM!!!

Taylor has made some pretty amazing friends since we have moved to Cedar Hills. These two

have become nearly inseperable!!!
