I am so proud!!!!

I have been trying really hard to make up my own patterns for my blog & The Quilted Bear, not thinking I have the talent to do so.... Well I have changed my mind!!!!! I made this witch up myself!!! I do admit I got an idea for her face from a sticker I bought, but the rest is me!!! I am so excited about her.... The kids keep saying "That is SO cute!!!" They are my biggest fans & greatest supporters...

Newest family members!!!

Today is our 13th Anniversary!!!! We have added two new members to our family, Cocoa & (We haven't got a name for the grey one yet, we are looking for something Makena can say!! Any suggestions??) I know exactly what you all are going to say, but if you recall our last cat Fluffy, her demise was out of our control!!!! So please no rude comments, I already heard them all from Dan!!!! ANY WHO....... Cocoa and no name yet have been so much fun. The poor little things have been held to death. Speaking of death, Kenny carries them in such a death grip who knows how long they will last!!! j/k

After Hannah's doctor appt. on Saturday, we went to Walmart. There were quite a few people there with dogs and only one with kitties. We just had to stop!!!! It just melts your heart when you hear Kenny say "kitty". Needless to say, we are the proud (not counting Dan) owners of two little kitties!!!!

OWEEEE!!!!

We have had some strange things happening in our home this week!!!! On Tuesday morning Makena woke up with a fever and was just really sad. I held her most of the day. On Wednesday, I noticed little blisters on her lips and tongue and one on her chin. She was feeling even worse. Her tongue was all white and her gums were really swollen and red. I thought it was "Hand foot & mouth disease" and was going to take care of it myself (wait it out), but she was so miserable. I took her to the doctors and found out is was a cold sore virus with a huge long name. It causes a fever, red swollen gums that bleed and cold sores all over their mouth. It is truely a miserable thing. Luckily we went to the doctors, they gave us some medicine for cold sores and prescribed Ibruprofen. THEN..... Saturday morning Hannah woke up with a fever and blisters in her mouth. Her throat was hurting and had swollen glands. I made her an appointment and found out hers are ulcers, probably caused by the same virus Makena has. No medicine was given to her, just regular old Tylenol (which isn't the greatest).

So we are home for the next 7-10 days snuggling and watching Sponge Bob. (Makenas only comfort). The GOOD news with all of this is.... Hannah's protein has stayed negative!!! Amazing!!!

I don't know the last time I have gotten more accomplished!!!! Saturday was Morgan Steeneck's baptism, but we weren't able to go. Makena and Hannah had these weird sores in their mouths so we stayed home. I have wanted to get the garage & my office clean for so long it is embarrasing. Any one that has seen them know what I mean!!!! The garage probably took me 6 hours with a doctor & Walmart break in between. (Hannah had a Dr. appointment) My office I did today. I stayed home from church with Hanni & Kenny. I am proud to say we can see the floor. It may not be perfect, but hey its one more thing off of my never ending list of things to do!!!

I'VE ADDED ONE MORE THING TO MY CRAZY LIFE!!

I HAVE JOINED THE RANKS OF PROFESSIONAL CRAFTERS AND PUT MY STUFF IN THE QUILTED BEAR IN MIDVALE!!!! I AM VERY NERVOUS. WHILE DAN AND I WERE SETTING UP THE BOOTH ONLY 1 PERSON SAID "OH, HOW CUTE" AND DAN SAID HE PAID HER. I WAS REALLY HOPING PEOPLE WOULD FLOCK TO MY STUFF AND I WOULDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO PUT UP!!!! IF YOUR EVER THERE, PLEASE CHECK IT OUT AND LET ME KNOW IF ITS EMPTY. I WOULD BE EVER SO HAPPY!!!!! (I AM BOOTH F-12).
