My family goes to the sand dunes each year and this year we decided we would go!!! It was SO much fun!!! I can't believe the great time we had. ALL the kids loved the four wheelers, even Makena who was quite scared of them at home!! Hannah and Monica were best buddies, Spencer got 10 stitches doing a jump and hitting the stationary truck, Guy was doing wheelies, Tommy, Brad and Kendall were jumping and the rest of us were tanning!! We will DEFINATELY be going back next year!!

DENTIST UPDATES!!

THE KIDS ALL HAD DENTIST APPOINTMENTS YESTERDAY AND NO CAVITIES!!! I AM AMAZED I TELL YA. WE USED TO GO TO DR. MEIER, HE WAS A VERY THOURAL DENTIST (TO SAY THE LEAST). GOING TO HIS OFFICE WAS AN ALL DAY EXPERIENCE!!! IT SEEMED THAT EVERYTIME WE WENT THERE WAS SEVERAL THOUSAND $$ DUE. SOMETHING WAS ALWAYS WRONG. I AM NOT SAYING HE'S NOT A GOOD DENTIST, HE CAN PLACE A CROWN LIKE NO OTHER, BUT HE'S JUST SOOOOOO SLOW!!!!! OUR APPOINTMENT WITH DR. SMITH WAS AT 3:00. FOUR SET OF X-RAYS, CLEANINGS, CHECKUPS, AND FLOURIDE TREATMENTS LATER AND CHECKING OUT IT WAS 3:48 AND WE WERE IN THE CAR ON OUR WAY HOME!! I WONDER IF THEIR TEETH WERE REALLY THAT GREAT (DID HE ACTUALLY CHECK THEM??) BUT WHOSE COMPLAINING, WE'LL BE BACK IN 6 MONTHS!!!

Purple Monsters!!

These last few weeks I have engorged myself with Grey's Anatomy!!! I amit Iam in love with the show and McDreamy!!! Taylor and I started watching reruns on t.v. and decided we need to start from the begining, so we have bought seasons 1-5. They are so intense that I can't really stop for minor problems such as children painting themselves. Hannah and Kenny wanted to paint a pot so I shewed them along saying sure, but don't make a mess!! HA! I could hear them giggling, but just couldn't pull myself away from the episode. They came in my room laughing, saying they were PURPLE MONSTERS. All I could do was laugh. They didn't make a mess in the kitchen so I was happy!!! They came back to me a few minutes later after painting their faces red!!! These 2 are going to be TROUBLE when they get a little older (to do some major damage!!!) Got to love them!!
