I just repainted my huge chalkboard with some chalkboard paint from Home Depot ($11.50 i think). I think you should paint a big square, 4X6 or so, on one of your walls, but a big wood frame around it (one you make your self) and tell her the only place she can color is there and give her a box of chalk. It washes off the skin way easier, and heck it works as a great job chart spot too!!!
I am a little crazy, well maybe a lot. I have 4 kids (which explains a lot) and a great husband. I love doing most anything except ironing. I enjoy hanging out with my sisters & mom. We truly have great times!!

FYI incase you didn't know you shouldn't use a magic eraser on your children's skin!!!
